Last night (2-11-24) I went to this Taco Bell to pick up my online order. Got to the pull up, gave my name, and was informed that they were out of Large cups & mild sauce. No biggie. They were very kind about it, I wish I would’ve got her name…To make things right, I was given a small drink & regular drink to equal a large, and substituted breakfast salsa & diablo for mild sauce. Nothing spectacular. The service seems so get worse every time we're in there so we stopped going. They don't smile, they're monotone reading your order, you can't hear them when they call your name.

So Taco Bell has lost sight of something food tastes…ok not bad/not greatThe burritos were full and pretty goodThe tacos?!? WTH?
