Ignore the negative reviews. The wait time is a little while, but ain't no 30 minutes. It's about the same time you'd wait in a chick-fil-a line or Starbucks lol. Besides, everything is handcrafted right after you order - it's not like they're pulling out factory made items. I'd rather wait longer for real handmade food than "fast" fake food. Love love love rolled ice cream! So fresh! You do have to be patient for your order as each one is labor intensive. You can watch them create your yumminess right before your eyes! I went 2 weeks in a roll, the second time taking friends back with me. Be kind to the staff. Like everyone else, they are doing the best they can with the staff they have.

I first saw this type of Ice cream on a traveling channel...it originates in Thailand..so it's a new experience for many of us.I enjoyed it very much...definitely will go again...loved the Mango Tango...I had a very nice conversation with the owner ...the daughter and son...nice family owned/ run business.
