“Summerton Diner is a cute place located off 95. The diner service was excellent. They were quick to order, serve and keep everything filled full. They have excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are in the area and want a home cooked meal, the Summerton Diner is your spot.Enjoy their homemade dessert.”
“Excellent place for takeout! Awesome food great portions fair price! My favorite Chinese food by far! No one else comes close. Who would have thought I had to move to Somerton to find it!”
“Out from out of state traveling and grabbed dinner during the Saint Patty Day event and I am so sad because I’ll probably never have the opportunity to come again, but would do it in a heartbeat. Atmosphere was great, live music was good, and the food was amazing.Only complaint would be that service was okay. For 6, food came out 2 plates at a time with 5-10 minutes until the next 2. The server completely forgot to put down one of our orders, and didn’t realize until all the food was already at the table.Food itself was very delicious, perfect for a dinner or pub appetizers.Definitely recommend if you’re looking for some good food and a fun atmosphere!”
“Nice place on the water with an ourdoor area that looks like it must be fun in the evenings. Our first trip was 5 years ago and finally we are back. Living in Manning part time it is tough to find places we want to try more than once. We went with another couple and ordered, The Philly Cheese Steak, The Goat Island Sandwich, The Hamburg steak and the fried flounder sandwich. The fish was great and the french fries are the perfect consistency. The Hamburg steak was smothered in gravy and delicious. The Philly Steak was good. The onion rings were tasty. The only complaint was the Goat Island sandwich. This baby is listed as having Prime rib as one of the meats, well tonight it was two very thin slices of what seem like deli roast beef. So 3 out of 4 happy customers is pretty good. We would come back and I wish we had stayed for Trivia and Bingo Thursdays. Next time. Our waitstaff was very friendly and welcoming.”
“Wonderful place amazing food especially catfish and chicken awesome.sunday buffett me and family eat there as much as possibleParking: Have a entire parking area very close to building”
“The food was delicious but make sure you’re not in a hurry because there was a long wait time for food prep but she was by herself and we weren’t in a hurry just wanted to give that warning that you will wait for 2 or more orders for 45 minutes to an hour.”
“New restuarant and a small town, the food is excellent and a good value for the price.Parking: The parking is street parking ( parallel) most of the time it's not to hard to get a spot, but on a busy Friday or Saturday night, it gets a tad harder.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The inside of the restaurant is wide open and would be easy to navigate. Getting through the door of the historic building, might.. might be a slight issue.”
“I knew the service would be ok. U cant trust reviews or humanity like that. Humans r very much drama & more drama.Service was ok. THE PROBLEM IS CUSTOMERS ARE A BURDEN FROM HELL. YALL NEED TO START BEING EACH OTHERS PEACE. Times are different where ppl are sick of customers & their needy narcissistic ego ways. Then yall say get a new job. Its not jobs, guns or money, ITS PEOPLE. & THERES A LOT OF THEM & MORE R COMING IF BILL GATES DONT DO HIS JOB.sandwich was made decent. Customer service was ok. didn't have herb n cheese but had everything else.”
“I-95 north exit 108 inside Stuckey’s. The food is excellent! Got this burger, fries, and drink for under $10! My family has stopped here for years. Clean restrooms, gas, car chargers, food, snacks, dog park, friendly, etc.”
“Worst STAFF OUT OF ANY MCDEES I HAVE BEEN TO ....ALWAYS A LINE ALWAY TO THE ROAD..... ? NASTY PEOPLE WORKIN BEHIND COUNTER ... ..HATE THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE WORKERS...AN ALWAYS AN 30 MIN OR MORE WAITE ON FOOD ?”
“First, I love this area. Even thinking about relocating. I travel several times a year up and down 95. I was looking for a good deli sandwich. I saw the sign on 95 and prayed that it wasn't a dirty whole in the whole disguised as a deli shop. Have to be careful of some of these local places when traveling. When I pulled in there were several cars in the lot and people where coming in and going out. As I entered, I was blasted with the smell of warm toasted, followed by the sweetest greeting ever with a beautiful smile. The place is not that big maybe about 7 to 10 tables. As I looked around I noticed the other patrons smiling, talking, and eating. Atmosphere was pleasant. I decided to order a Craig's Club ( can never go wrong with a club). OMG I tasted the love, hard work, and dedication in that club sandwich. Good fresh deli meat, variety of cheeses to pick from. Bacon fried to perfection and the potato salad..........the potato salad was good y'all and y'all know how we feel about potato salad. Great food, warm and inviting atmosphere, excellent customer service. If y'all are in this area, go check them out.. you will not be disappointed. Thanks Craig's deli for unbelievable service and great food. I will stop by on my next adventure.”
“First of all. Looks like The Breakfast Nook has recently moved and is now inside The Rodeway Inn. Seems like the name is different as well as my receipt showed “Rodeway Cafe” as the name as did a previous google reviewer. A large window decal stills says The Breakfast Nook. Beyond that, wife and I had an excellent breakfast there. Portion size is very generous! Food was very tasty and cooked just right. Our server was very friendly. The restaurant itself is large and clean. Wasn’t very busy but I suspect the location and lack of clear signage is confusing people. We drove all the way around the hotel before realizing it was inside. Overall, an enjoyable meal.”
“I was visiting my boyfriend’s family and needed a break(from him, not them) so I rolled up around 45 mins before closing and you would’ve thought they had 4 more hours! The service and the extra mile was top notch! The food…Aaaahmazing! I ordered the brim (iykyk) and initially was told they were out but the server went and found some herself and Babay…it was off the chain! I’m just mad they’re closed today lolOne of the sweet ladies made me a drink and they were cool with me just chilling there, and the prices were MORE than reasonable!”
“This was our first time trying it tonight after living in Manning for over a year and I regret not trying it sooner! Incredible sea food. Huge portions. Very well spiced. Great family feel and the employees were very personable. Everything about this place is A++++++! We will definitely be back! ❤️”
“Paisley was our server. She was excellent. Very attentive and friendly.Had the Whole Crispy Flounder. Delicious. I always order it when it is available. This restaurant never disappoints.”
“What a nice find, the staff was so accomodating as we tried to find something Grammy could chew! The Rachel, the chikcen salad croissant were both wonderful. The sweet tea was on point. The girl who took our order had such a great vibe, reminds me of me growing up in the 70's. You should stop here, no doubt the locals want to keep it to themselves.”
“We loved our stay at Clark’s Inn. The rooms were nice and clean. Very dog friendly. Free breakfast was also included for each morning. We ate breakfast everyday, and ate dinner one night. The food was amazing and service was spectacular. If we ever come back this way we will definitely stay here again.”
“Food is always great, staff is very friendly and love the little location. Hours are a bit restrictive but that is understandable as a small business and a less populated area.”
“Today was the first time my Mother and I stopped here the service was great and so was the food. We went through the drive thru, not able to rate the atmosphere but the parking lot as well as outside was running over with patriots.Vegetarian options: I had a whole vegetarian plate.”
“Very good BBQ. Hash is really good. All the sides have good flavor as well. They give you plenty of food in a plate. It's actual pulled pork also. It's not shredded up like most places around here. Probably some of the best bbq in this state. Well worth the drive from anywhere to try. Come early. Just a heads up. They only take cash though.”
“The CLARK'S INN is a local historic icon which has stood like a gem among the encroaching hustle and bustle of the "modern " world. It is an absolutely marvelous repite for anyone heading north or coming south on the I-95!I have not had the pleasure of staying here (their Bed & Breakfast stay packages look reasonable) but every chance I get I stop to stroll through their fascinating gift shop, beautiful old hallways and relish in their antique dining areas. The bar had the friendly and efficient PAM (THANKS!!!) who brought out a delicious chicken salad sandwich on a crispy ciabatta bun. This filled me up and I could only have a bit of the delicious APPLE CRISP which I finished later from my take-away box.(THANK YOU CHEF and the kitchen staff!!!)SO happy this place has survived all these years, and especially after the COVID problems. If you are ever in the area I seriously suggest you treat yourself.Food & drinks: Read my review...............”
“I hadn't been to a shoneys since I was about 10 years old so 20+ years and it was so awesomePlus our kids ate free which is great bc our kids really don't eat much at allKid-friendliness: Staff was so sweet and patient”
“Great food and selections. Cool atmosphere, kind of a Cracker Barrel type of vibe. They even have an ice cream shop inside. Service was a bit slow, but definitely a keeper. Like many places, price has gone ”
“Visited for lunch with my coworker while taking a stroll downtown. We ordered the daily lunch specials and everything was delicious. We enjoyed it so much, we returned early the next morning for some baked goods. Everything is reasonably priced. This is definitely become one of my favorite go to spots in Manning.”
“This has become my go-to place for chinese take-out. The food is always prepared consistently well. The staff is cordial and welcoming. Their prices are very reasonable.”
“Small ice cream shop attached to a seafood restaurant. We actually ate elsewhere and just popped in for an ice cream. They have the Hershey ice cream and about 32 flavors to pick from. This is also a gift shop as well with lots of cute gifts to purchase. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and she patiently waited for us to decide what flavor we wanted. The small is a generous 2 scoops and the large 3. Prices were very reasonable, and they have so many flavors to pick from that it's impossible to not find at least one you want!”
“I was in the area and was looking for a halal cafe and this one came up locally so thought I would go. Staff were really polite, courteous and attentive. Food was nice. Can’t go wrong.”
“If ever in SC, stop by Alleanas, Tim the owner cooks up some tasty food, the catfish was moist n very good, cooked just right, Sweet juicy shrimp ?, the fried okra, n 5 cheese n mac was the bomb. Oh did I mention the sticky wings perfect. Just wish we had food like this in Las Vegas NV!. P& D Jager.”
“Taco Tuesday on our way home from Maryland to Florida. Excellent service, excellent food, we had a speedy Gonzalo’s and 2 taco Tuesday taco specials. They both hit the spot after driving for several hours. If you on I95 nearing Santee definitely stop by for food and a margarita! we will be back!”
“We were a group of golfers (12) and just were there two nights in a row this month. Fantastic meals and wonderful service. Jessica was our server and she was amazingly incredible. Eggleson group?”
