Notoriously terrible in every way from food, timeliness and in customer service. 10:00 today, Sat morning I go through the drive thru for sausage biscuits and the employee tells me that I have to come inside because they have a big order. I couldn't do that. She says, just come around." I had a BOGO coupon for having filled out the survey of a bad dinner service that I had just 2 days prior. Every single time I try to give this bojangles a chance it sucks. Go spend your money other places, they never have bo berry biscuits or really anything. Their tea also sucks and is never right.
