Ordered the meal through Uber eats. Our soups never arrived with the meal. I called the restaurant and the person in the phone told me that they were the one who packaged the food and the soups left with the meal.A suggestion for Uber eats orders, “staple the bags so the driver can’t get into them and steal your customers food.”I’m disappointed with both Newks and the Uber eats driver.Newks for not packaging their food properly and Uber Eats because of the drivers unethical...read full review

This was my first time here and the food is excellent, customer service is awesome and I overheard the manager applauding 2 employees for a job well done on their shift! Way to go! Love it. Stopped in for lunch. Super friendly and helpful employee taking orders. Sandwhich and soup were good but not great....BUT, will go back often just because of the friendliness of the entire staff including mgmt and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Nice to see a business still understand customer service.
