Things to know: This is a crab house - it is super casual. There is nothing fancy here at all. The seafood boils are served in plastic bags. With that being said... it is some of the yummiest shellfish I have had in town. The service is usually one or two people, but very attentive. The food is consistent. A couple of beer and a seafood pot makes me happy on a Friday night - if that makes you happy - you will love this too.

We came in with a big party for a coworkers goodbye, however, local friends who frequent the restaurant said the service was generally very slow, which was the case for us. Initially service was great, the waitress was very sweet and brought us our drinks quickly. She took our orders and everyone’s low country boil orders were out very quickly. On the plus side, we didn’t have to wait for a table at 6 o’clock on a Saturday night. The server, Lulu, was very sweet and very nice but repeated herself a lot. The clam chowder was blasé, the fried shrimp were pretty good, the fried oysters were not good at all but the french fries were excellent. Also, if you are looking for any kind of ambience, this is not the place to go. It had a cafeteria feel to it.
