Really enjoyed this small Ramen Shop in Sumter. I ordered the House Special Ramen with a #3 Spice level(hot.) While the shrimp was a little chewy, the rest of the dish was amazing. The broth was absolutely delicious. It wasn't too rich, and the spice level was just right. The noodles were cooked perfectly (not mushy). Large portions as well. Food is not pre-made, so it's best to dine in or have the time to wait for it to be prepared.
The food is good and the portions are large. I ordered the chicken ramen bowl and a side of kimchi, very delicious. The kimchi had a nice spice to it and it was still very crunchy. I would order from here again.

I loved the food here, literally the only ramen place that I could find that did beef. Also had gotten some wings and they were huuge, also very tasty, loved the sauce and how crunchy they were. Would Def recommend this place. The lady there is also very sweet.
