They always get my order right here. Thursday night I accidently ordered a taco party pack half crunchy half soft when I meant for the entire thing to be soft tacos. Even though they had already prepared my order, they adjusted it for me and we're so kind. Always has kind customer service here and I really appreciated them going out of their way to fix my mistake.
I have always loved Taco Bell. I've been to many in so many different states. Being here has definitely opened up my eyes that this is not the one to go to. Time and time again, they have ruined the experience by forgetting something or making it wrong. I know a lot of fast food places have been this way, and it's kind of disappointing that it continues despite peoples best efforts to give those surveys. It seems that doesn't matter.
