We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot review the atmosphere. That said, delicious food, delivered 20 minutes early and not warm, but hot food! Only negative would be that the fried noodles were a bit stale. Otherwise, Two thumbs up!

Ordered beef lo mein doesn't seem like to much beef in it and also the carrots in it are lil hard like they weren't fully cooked. Also ordered 2 egg rolls only got 1.

Dumplings were solid. Lo mein was offensively bland. An ice cube has more flavor. At least throw some soy sauce packets in the bag if you’re gonna serve a dish seasoned with air. Other dishes were fine but seriously how do you mess up chicken lo mein that bad?

I am so happy I found the Golden Kitchen. I love the Wonton soup and Sweet & Sour Chicken. I get take out from the Golden Kitchen whenever I'm in town. I am always greeted with a Smile and Hello when I walk in. It's so important to make your customers feel Welcome and unfortunately we are living in a world where that is happening less and less. The Woman that helped me was very nice & knew itbwas my order when I walked in...Hubby said she knew I wasn't one of her regular customers; but, she definitely made me feel like one!
This place isn't much to look at but it is the best Chinese take out i have found here in 5 years! Fast food and delicious! Lunch specials for $8.75! It made 2 meals for me. Can't wait to try some of their other items.

I wish I could give a higher rating. On New Years Day not many places are open and they were. Saved our dinner! The people are very nice. Unfortunately none of us liked our food. The pork was tough and not very tasty. My chicken was also tough and stringy. The egg roll was OK. Not a good choice IMHO for Chinese.

Saturday night 12/30 I placed an order at China Apple. My husband went out to pick up the order and mistakenly went to Golden Kitchen in Surfside. The owner of Golden Kitchen, who cannot speak English, gave him another person's order and not knowing this he paid them $43.64 and took the bag. When he realized what happened, he returned with Victoria's order ("Victoria" was on the ticket) and kindly requested his money back. She started screaming and cursing him in Chinese and then the son, who speaks English, finally stepped in and told his mother in Chinese that we didn't order from their restaurant and asked her to refund the charge several times, which she refused to do. She continued to scream at my husband in Chinese. No one should be assaulted in this manner. We will be having our bank address this and we will never go there ever again.
