Another visit to my local McDonald's proves, once again, that even the once mightiest of all franchises can alienate customers. In this case, the food was fine, as was the facility, but the service was pathetic. I received no receipt from the kiosk and couldn't get one afterwards, and even though I had a table tent # my meal wasn't brought to the table. Always have to drive back through and ask for what I didn't get. Was given a drink and pancakes today with no straw, syrup, or plastic silverware to eat with. Rather poor customer service here.

Sarah & Whitney had GREAT customer service today! Professional, efficient, as well as personable and caring! They went that extra mile to make sure I felt appreciated as a customer, that my food was hot and fresh, and that the order was correct! Definitely unique and much appreciated, among the competitors in the fast food world.
