Lady made me come inside to get my order…whatever maybe they are busy. No one was inside and she was waiting for me and holding my food. Why couldn't she hand it out the window. Also tried to grab my phone with an attitude because she wanted to make sure the food was mine even tho I showed her the email. The point of online ordering is to be efficient
I would elaborate on the food, service and/or atmosphere, but I sat in the drive through for a literal 25-30 min without service, before being forced to leave due to lunch timing. You might say, "could be a one off thing". I thought the same thing when they failed to take my order around 6 months ago. This place is Individually owned and they do what they want not what k f c does. I am turning them into corporate. We ordered the 8 peice bucket. They gave us 5 legs and 3 thighs. No white meat. And they don't take KFC coupons. Never going there again they wouldn't answer the phone when we called to tell them h9w disappointing they are.
