I am so unhappy right now with Subway! I ordered ahead to save time but once I got there, I was stuck waiting in drive thru for 15 mins. I get to the window, they tell me they are out of pretzels and I asked to add a sandwich to my order and they said it was too late. Mind you it was 8:33p.m. and they closed at 9pm. After getting home, I opened the saddest looking meatball sandwich I've ever seen. Bread is crumbly and hard, sauce is M.I.A. and it's cold! (Please see the video...read full review

Stopped in today 11:45 a.m Staff very unfriendly and unprofessional management owner only speaks to white people and greets them. I was not greeted did not feel welcomed, will not return?

Food is Alright. Lady on the drive through speaker (who I’ve encountered before) got irritated with me as I placed my order. It felt like I didn’t even get the chance to tell her how I wanted my sub made.Ultimately I’ve been satisfied because of the efficiency but you’re striking me wrong with the ignorance. I’m sure this is the manager I’m talking about, young Indian lady with glasses.
