The food was amazing as usual. The servers were pleasant, slower than my past experiences with BWW. It was not crowded when we arrived. By the time they stayed to wait on us after 20 minutes or so, it became extremely busy.Kid-friendliness: They have children's menus with a variety of activities on the menu for the children. They provide a small pack of crayons to each child.

I ordered the food for take-out. As soon as I got home (not more than 5 minutes later), I took my food out of the bag. Immediately I realized they didn't add any ranch to the order. No worries, we all forget sometimes and I had leftover from last time. Then I realized that the box (of wings) was very messy, stickers places for no apparent reason (not even the correct flavors), had sauce all over inside the box, and the wings were cold.
