Drive through attendant, a large male, every time I interact with him he's rude and comes off as bothered to take your order. I've spoken to the assistant manager but nothing has changed. My husband and two of our friends have experienced the same behavior with this one individual. Twice also at approximately 6pm, we've been told they are out of Chicken.
The food was good and the service was alright. The atmosphere on the other hand was disappointing. Some guy in the back was rather amped up and there was plenty of LOUD vocalization of his frustration directed towards other KFC employees. I don't know what was behind the shouting but I would hope it could be handled in a different manner or at least in a setting that was more private. Love KFC chicken and the staff was very friendly. We were coming back from a Celebration of life from family that used to live in Brookings SD and stopped there on our way back to Marshall to head home.
