Once I realized I made the Oops, Manager Jerome was so understanding and helped me get it all figured out. I can see why he is a manager. Top tier customer service. Thank you

The wait was short, we were seated quickly, the wait staff was freindly and fast. The food was really good too.Parking: lots of off streer parkingKid-friendliness: have kid meals with crayons and sheets to color on.Wheelchair accessibility: there are areas where wheel chairs can get in and wheel chair accessable tables.
Great food as always, service is pretty fast for as busy as they always are. I feel like this location needs to be 3 times the size for the amount of people who go there. The steak the last time I went could have been better I like rare and it was tough to me so not great. I liked my food overall tho. Just loud and not very romantic if that's what you're going for. Had a marg with dinner and could have been a little stronger. It's just super busy and not a lot of easy parking. Great food specials and deals for couples, is excellent for a quiet dinner in together tho, curbside pickup or delivery would be more suitable for me if I didn't have to drive 30+ miles to get it.

I got seated early tonight, and witnessed one of the workers named Mandi taking Vodka shots on the job at the bar, then continuing to work. I don’t know how this is acceptable in a workplace, and how are we allowing this in the service industry?? I’ve been in this particular Applebees before and this isnt her first time sitting at the bar while working. I’d like to speak to management as soon as possible to see what is going to be done about this establishments policies.

Came in and Noone greeted us, waited 15 minutes and then left to go find a bathroom. ( it wasnt busy) Came back and got seated. I asked that they cooked my broccoli completely, it was still undercooked and cold.
Excellent food. The bartender, Ms. Katie was amazing, courteous, and friendly!!!!

I don’t know if it’s only rapid city’s Applebees, but when you come for anything unlimited; they are out. Service is good. But you can’t get much on the menu. Always out of wings. Ok for drinks but I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat.
