I just wanted to take a minute and praise the staff at Blaze Rapid City on the west side. My daughter recently was diagnosed with celiac disease which has been a challenging adjustment. Eating out is tricky now and also potentially dangerous for her. She loves Blaze Pizza and came in today (on all days pi day) waited for an hour, (the line was around the corner and outside ?) to get some of her favorite pizza, and because she is celiac requested the gluten-free crust. Without being prompted, the staff took her allergy seriously and all changed their gloves to help with cross contamination and acted kindly and positively while being SLAMMED. Kudos to you Blaze Pizza!!!Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease
