Honestly, probably the worst Chili's experience I've ever had, and I really love Chili's. Definitely suffering from staffing shortages, our waitress said she was new and/or it was her first day, but she was by herself and not being trained, which showed.Wasn't told until we went to order that they had no soup or salad that day (strange - also very sad, literally the only reason we went was to get the chicken enchilada soup), so got the "new" chicken crispers, which were mediocre...read full review

We had the most amazing service and food! Hadn't been to a Chili's in a long time but we were in Rapid City for a dance competition and it hit the spot all around. Food was amazing! Get the fajitas and all the appetizers!
