It has been years since we had a Famous Star with Cheese in what we used to call Carl's Jr. Used to go there all the time when we were on the road to camping locales. Lately we talked about it and tried Hardee's (formerly Carl's) and were transported back to the days when we took the Famous Star for granted. At Hardee's the food was fresh, hot, grilled just right an the fries, well, they were awesome. Good time. Staff was attentive and very nice. Restaurant was clean.
Very nice staff, they were very understanding. The shakes were awesome and so were the burgers. There was a little confusion on the fries we got 3 regular and 1 curly when it was supposed to be flipped and the fries were cold.

I stopped in after the peak lunch time . The restaurant was not busy. Service was very good food came out quickly and was quite good. I had the hand breaded chicken sandwich, as a meal it's more than most people can eat. The building is one of the older designs but well maintained. All in all I'll eat there again.Parking: Busy road room for trailer parking, up hill into the parking lot could be fun in a icy day.
