I don't know what's been happening, but 9 out of 10 times they forget SOMETHING in my order. The food itself is okay, but for the price, I would appreciate a double check of the bag, or maybe the workers need to slow down when processing orders. This would be the third time they have forgotten something. The first 2 times it was the entire half of my order, and luckily enough I noticed before leaving the parking lot.

Absolutely love Panera soups overall my favorite thing there! Everything else I've had there is amazing as well, drinks, pastries, pizza, sandwiches they always have something good, fresh and healthy to choose from. The restaurant is always clean and quiet with available seating. Bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. As a former DoorDasher it was one of my favorite pickup spots because it is so well organized with an alphabetical pick up area and they provide a self service station for stickers to close bags, straws, cup holders and anything you may want to be an efficient and excellent delivery driver. Great place for family dinner out, quiet date night or a quick bite thru the drive thru. Parking kinda sucks but it's a very busy area. Highly recommend!

Love the food, 50% of the time, they get my order wrong. Today, I ordered a Greek salad with extra feta and no pepperonccini. They gave me a Greek salad without cheese. The second item was a Mediterranean veggie sandwich without pepperdew. They gave the sandwich with extra pepperdew.
