Been here several times now when it wasn't very busy. Tonight we waited to be seated for 5 minutes and had to go look for someone to seat us. Several employees looked at us and never even bothered to ask if we'd been helped. Once finally seated we waited for 10 minutes and never seen a waiter or even offered drinks. Got up walked out. Poor service.

We placed a To Go order. They gave a 25 minute wait time. We waited about 45 minutes. Food was good. Not the greatest burgers I've ever had or anything but I ate all my food and so did my family. They offer a variety of things. Even though we didn't dine-in the atmosphere seemed very fun yet laid bad.Parking: Plenty of parking available all around the restaurant. I would think parking would be easy to find even on a busy weekend night.

Both the burger and the chicken sandwich were delicious! There are a lot to choose from but it seems like you can't go wrong. The hot honey chicken sandwich was surprisingly good.

Gluten free buns, burgers were yummy, great drinks and great service!! Bailee was our server and was sweet and friendly!! ****Update went tonight 10/8 and Mara (super amazing) waited on us! Place was super busy and I think the kitchen was short staffed because food took a while to get out ( that is totally okay and I understand) it was hot and fresh when it came out. Still enjoyed my experience and I will be going back!

Sat at the bar for a quick late lunch, Olivia was our bartender/waitress, she was attentive and friendly. She helped the person with me update his rewards account also.Food was very good and tasted fresh.
It's a good thing I don't live near there because that place would have me blowing my diet. It was fantastic! My sister took me and said it's her favorite since she lives locally. The food was so fresh and tasty and decadent, more of a treat than a healthy option for sure, but man was it good! I got the jalapeño brisket burger ( that was not spicy since the peppers were cooked) and fries and a sweet tea. Everything was so fresh and just really good. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer, too. Literally the best ones I've ever tasted and that burger was amazing! Fun and relaxed atmosphere. The service was basically perfect too. Very nice job guys?Parking: Lots of room when we were there.
Hit and miss, had a positive experience in a packed restaurant and another experience when it was almost empty where the service was absolutely abysmal. Won't be in a hurry to return.

Exspect your order to be wrong every time plus now when they mess up your order refuse to take the food back and then charge you for it. When you ask to speak to a manager they are too busy and give you a $10 coupon that doesn't cover the cost of the order they messed up. Won't be returning.
