The food is OK the service is something to be desired. My family on occasion buys me gift cards since it’s literally a quarter mile from my job and is an easy lunch but since they don’t take gift cards there and I’ve been told “we ’re working on it” for the last 2+ years, I really fail to believe them at this point. If they’re not going to take them, they need to take the option away and put up a bigger, sign other than a little sticker they have next to the credit...read full review

We noticed this is the only Subway with a good rating on Yelp so we went here and it did not disappoint. Our server, Sheri, was gracious and patient with my kiddos deciding what they wanted on their ham and cheese. We will definitely go here again and encourage anyone who wants subs in Rapid City to go here too!

The food is always great here, the staff are very quick with your order and always helpful. The main issue I gave subway I 3 star review is the hours of operation. Sometimes it's not clear when they are open or suddenly they aren't. We all have hard times, staffing issues, etc. I'm hoping that soon they will have regular hours again!
