Friday night 6 pm busy time. I STRIVE to avoid going out to restaurants at such day/time due normal high demand. Too many people and traffic.However, on this Friday night, I was pleasantly surprised at this restaurant in the Empire Mall. They were busy, but no waiting time. Excellent server and service. Food was what we asked for and excellent quality and taste. We got our money’s worth!I would recommend this location
A friend and I went here when we were going to a place in the mall. They had an all you can eat lunch special for an extremely great price! Our service was GREAT, especially about checking on if we were wanting to order more food for the all you can eat.The food was wonderful, and they had the best french fries I've ever ate.I highly recommend this restaurant.

Crappy! Barely busy (maybe 20-25 people) at 1 p.m. and 5 servers working! Still took 15 minutes to get sat at a table by the bus boy. Took another 15-20 minutes to get drinks. Ordered food and then it was almost 45 minutes to get our food (3 of us) and it was so bad we couldn't even eat it. Wanted a manager and got tired of waiting so we paid and left. Don't ever go to the Applebee's in the mall!!!
