I've hit a lot of microbreweries around the lower 48 states. My one irrational fear was finding one that had THE beer that I'd pine for and could not get in South Dakota. Recently I realized if I lived in another state...Covert would be that brewery. The stouts...the sours ....all rank at the top of my list.
