Great customer service. I eat here a lot and went through the drive through and told them I wanted a #9 all the ingredients but no lettuce, and no onion and dill pickle chips for my combo meal. Ordered a tuna sandwich from this location today and the amount of tuna on this sandwich was beyond pathetic! You raise prices, charge a ridiculously high delivery fee and this is what I get. Do better! My office orders from you a a lot, that may change.

I gave this Jimmy John's 5STARS because they were all on point!!!Stopped in while driving from Rapid City, 5 hrs going to Chicago with another 9 hr push. I was in need of nutrition, convenience, a meal that wouldn't crash my sugar and fuel me for my long drive. I found them 1 mile off the highway and a quick left from main road.
