Normally love getting panda for fast food but today was not good. Take into account I've had food from this location probably 50+ times. I didn't get the aggressive rolls I ordered and they replaced my sesame chicken with beef and broccoli. On top of it I had to pull ahead and wait 10 minutes and drive thru the drive thru again so I could get my food in the first place. But the second trip through was over 15 minutes in line.

Ordered online. Notified me the food was ready for pickup. Went through the drive-thru and they couldn't find the order. They told me to park and come inside. Stood there for 15 minutes while others ordered. Then they come to me and ask what can they do for me. Really? I told the entire scenario and the guy who told me to come inside, came over from the drive-thru window and said oh yeah, I forgot about you.
