I find it quite difficult to write a valuable review for a chain restaurant.I typically like to give extensive, well informed reviews of places. However, chain restaurants are always what they are. I've worked with an organization that places decently-sized tax exempt orders from this place regularly, and we always give a generous tip. The pizza has always been good and arrives on time.Customer service could be better. It seems like every time we call, they need different info from us to process the tax exempt: sometimes they need a tax exempt number, sometimes they need a phone number, sometimes they won't do it at all. Don't order 50/50 pizzas. They have had a difficult time only getting the different ingredients on the one half. We ordered a pepperoni and half sausage and half pineapple. The sausage side had 2 pieces without pineapple.I didn't put up a fuss because it was a free pizza because they screwed this up last time. I may as well just stick with Casey's Pizza or Sunny's Pizza.
