The food and service here is great. The low stars is because they double billed. Spoke to the manager who stated it happens a lot and she could do nothing. I had to contest via my bank. This is a 10 business day process and a huge pain when they could have just offered a gift card for my next time. Now this location is dead to me.
Came in for a salad and the gal who made it did so well, the guy in line behind me ordered one too.The part that wasn't great was the kid at the register. He burnt himself on the oven and exclaimed that it was second time he's done that this week. He then stated that his finger was bleeding. He took off his glove and started messing with it. Did a mobile order maybe 45mins before I arrived and my order wasn't ready because they ran out of the bread we chose. It would have been nice to get back to me instead of driving there just to be told they ran out of bread.
