I ordered a Goodburger thru drive; the menu board had the option of either the sandwich itself, or the meal. I ordered the sandwich only, no onions. When I got to the window, I was charged for a meal. The Watertown Arby's is decent fast food restaurant in a convenient location. We found the service to be very quick, the food was hot and tasted good, and the facility was clean (older, but spotless restrooms).The front counter staff wasn't super friendly and didn't make eye contact or thank us for stopping. Went through the drive thru and started ordering and Kyle was very rude and disrespectful. He sounded like he didn’t even want to be there and when i got to the window he gave me a bad look as if i shouldn’t have been getting arby’s in the first place. I love arby’s, it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Seeing and hearing someone act like kyle did is unacceptable.
