We ordered the 3 tamale plate. The flavor was good but the food looked like it had been through it. The tamale were drenched in cheese which was a first for me. Not a fan. I want to taste tamale when I'm eating tamale.
I usually order from the website or DoorDash and the food is always plentiful and tasty. It’s was really good dining in! The combos are what I usually order and are very filling. They offer 2 ways on the Chile Relleno which I’ve not seen which is deep fried I think. It was good but I like the traditional way. We stopped by taco Johns and ordered value meals when we got the price it was equal to two meals at El Tapatio, this restaurant has a definitely grabbed ahold of inflation and decided to ram it down your throat. 18$ for a six pack and a pound. LMAO. I eat a six pack and a pound and I am still hungry when I run out of tots. Every meal at the Mexican restaurant is less than that. This will be the last time I go to taco Jorge's.
