I've brought my grandkids here several times now, and they always have fun. The arcade is enough to make them very happy. One thing, the staff that maintains the inoperable games should really learn how to reset them when the wifi is disconnected. All they need to do is unplug it and let it reboot. There were several games that needed that, and they became operational again.
Took this location by surprise with a larger group. (Accidentally called the wrong location for reservation :)An hour prior to closing time, these guys rose to the task. We walking out happy, fed customers!

I was very upset when the manger(Maxx) came to our table and asked us not to talk to one of the workers because he needed to work. He had no right to talk to us like that, he needed to talk with the young man instead of us. Were we supposed to ignore the young man. The young man was mostly talking in passing while cleaning off tables. The young man was someone we knew and had not seen him in 4 years.
