It's a McDonalds... dine in prices for fast food quality. It is what it is. My grievance is in regards to service. The sign very clearly says 24 hours. The hours posted on the door say 24 hours. Just so happens that only applies to drive through, except that's not stated anywhere.Was denied service cause they were "closed" and when I asked if I could just grab a single coffee through the drivethrough then, I was told no. So I have to own a vehicle to unlock the "open 24/7" feature?...read full review
Slow and inefficient aptly describes this location. This location often cannot handle more than one or two vehicles at a time at the drive-thru, and as soon as you arrive at the second window, they immediately ask you to pull to the third window or park in the waiting area to wait for your order. My last visit was two Happy Meals and the visit prior to that was two double cheeseburgers -- neither of which were large orders. I waited ten minutes in the drive through for an mcmuffin and orange juice.... Having worked in one when I was a teenager, I find it completely unacceptable and know that it can be done better.
