Had a private event in the Hampton room with 23 guests. Unbelievable service and professionalism! Last minute reservation and was accommodated. Our experience here started off horrible with a table insulting everyone around them. The staff kindly moved us while fully booked, dealt with this table better than imagined, and still managed to impress everyone all around. If you want to charge top dollar, Carvers, you really need to provide a product worthy of that.We had the halibut, which is served on a very nice parmesan-quinoa cake, but had a cold, gluey, under-seasoned pea puree on the plate.
