It was a little longer ago, but the reality is that I have visited around 6 times and the experience is always the same. I feel that in my opinion, It's a little expensive for what it is. The food itself is good, but the service feels like being in a conventional cafeteria. Staff are always respectful, but not overly friendly on different occasions. I used to go to La Prep a few years back because I worked down the street. I hadn't had the pleasure of going back since the new ownership!WOW!!!! All I can say is WOW! Excellent and quick service! Even better, the food was restaurant quality. Being in the hospitality industry I know it's really difficult to serve food that is amazing in an in-and-out setting! This is a higher end cafeteria with a big choice of delicious food. It's much better than fast food and they serve on real dishes and cutlery. They even have red beet salad! I love eating there. It's ideal for business lunch in downtown. Prices are not very cheap but the meal is worth it.
