The food is tasty and honestly very good. Portions are generous and staff are pleasant. The dining room is good but feels outdated with worn out chairs and old tables. Lots of flies in the dinning room. Overall great restaurant.
As expected the meal was great. Wanted the Vietnamese dry pork on rice and of course spring rolls. Topped it off with a combo noodle bowl. Top 5 noodle bowls in Saskatchewan for me and less than $12. Spring rolls the best in the province.

Saigon II is my staple Vietnamese restaurant period. I base my reviews of all other Vietnamese restaurants I go to. I honestly can't say I have had a bad or disappointing meal here. If you have never tried the crispy garlic chicken, it is a must. It has been known to be called "Crack chicken" it is that good, especially if you like a bit of garlic.
