I have never waited so long for my sandwiches ever here at the Alcoa Tn location. First the two girls were in the back goofing off and didn’t even know we had been standing there for 5 mins waiting to order. There wasn’t a soul in there except us and it took 20 mins for them to make our 2 sandwiches. Amazing Sandwiches and food. The store is always clean and they seem to have a very good and attentive staff. Lobby was clean and there was an employee scrubbing bathroom when we got there. I love eating here and I will continue to come back. 10/10 place. Very busy and glad to see them open again!

Absolutely love this place. Love the fact I can write what I want instead of the awkward face to face at subway. Workers are so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Plus shout out to the awesome team work and management.
