I been to this location a few times cause it's close and everytime there is some issue.There's been times I had to wait inside to order for over 5 minutes even with nobody in front of me. The soda machine is broken half the time. The service is slow. There's been a couple time the dining area is closed in the middle of the day. One time there was loud rap music playing in the kitchen which I normally wouldn't mind but you probably shouldn't have profanity laced music playing...read full review

I drove up and was behind two cars the time was 9:20am and still sitting here at 9:53am this is horrible. I’m just getting my food at 10:15 please do not come to this BK on Elvis Presley

Went back for the first time in a long while the decline in service is really noticeable. I arrived at 5:30pm on a Saturday and was the only diner in the place with maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Ordered double whopper combo meal substituted onion rings for fries. Took about 5 minutes for them to put the order together.
