I’m usually happy with the service at this location but the Manager this morning was really rude and unprofessional for a mistake that She made. I understand people have bad days but please don’t treat your customers bad. Everyone else was wonderful, hopefully that Manager was just having a bad day and doesn’t act like that all the time.
Even though I had to wait on my 2 big macs they brought me cold fries. Afterwards I still had to wait an additional 10 to 15 min for fresh fries. I had to enter to building to get my fries. Overall it was a 30 minute ordeal which should have been quicker. There were limited workers which did play a part in the delay of food and service.

Just left the drive thru and the Black lady with the crunchy looking wig at the first window was rude. As hell. I pulled up, gave her my card to pay, and she asked me about my hair randomly.
