Love this restaurant I have been coming here since 1994 and it’s had its rough patches over the years but always bounces back.I order online but love dining in & having the experience I’ve had all these years. I recommend the fried chicken salad, steak and baked potato with veggies. Who can resist their infamous potato soup with those mouthwatering rolls??The bar is a great place to come sit and have a drink or two and maybe stay and watch the game. Came to the location on Stage Rd in Bartlett, Tn. Wasn’t crowded and still not satisfied with the service or food. Fries were cold, fish was small, and the cole slaw was kinda dry. Kiana was the waitress and bartender. She has room for improvement.I think this will be the last visit for me.

This place has declined dramatically in food quality and staff skill since the pandemic. I tried multiple times on different days and had sub par food. They seem to be training up an all new crew, which is fine, but they don’t seem to be improving as the months pass. I really hope they can come back up to the standard of this national chain soon.
