“Just by chance we decided to go Janie's Place and we are glad we did. The owner Janie is a fireball. The food is very good. Try the beef brisket, as well as the country fried steak. The fried green tomatoes are also very good. Prices are more than reasonable.“

“Kinda strange combination of choices. Good pub food. They can sub a good veggie burger for the meat no problem. I'd go back and sample the Asian cuisine next time.Vegetarian options: Good veggie burger and no issues with menu substitutions. Lots of Asian dishes too“
“Owner greeted us and took care of us at beginning and at the end when we had to leave. Food we had to go was great just like our appetizer, however our waitress didn’t want us there and we felt it the moment we was sat down with our with her taking our drink order, she would be the reason others wouldn’t try a great restaurant again in the future potentially. Owner definitely saved the evening.“
“Great little diner with an old school hamburger stand with a good and friendly staff. As we ate it seemed like a nice little small town where everybody knew everybody . Would recommend dropping by if your ever in the area. Food is cooked fresh right there. Definitely worth the wait!Parking: We parked at the food city and walked across the road.“

“We had Philly nachos and a black n blue burger . Both were pretty good , not outstanding. Service was ok , could have made a couple more checks and would have got another drink .Band was playing , it sounds good in there , not overpowering where that’s all you could hear. Being from Michigan we would have had to pay a lot more for same food so to us the prices were good . Will likely try again when we come back down .“
“first visit for supper weekday as we were passing through. Nicely decorated & a high-end feeling. Lighting in our area was very dim. Seated quickly & food came out as expected. Food was good, we got a hamburger combo & a loaded salad. Our waiter said he was new & checked on us early in our meal, but near the end of our meal we ran out of beverage & didn't see him again until the bill came. If in the area again we would eat there.“
“I've only been here once but plan to go back! I had a few beers and pizza. The pizza was alright and that's the only reason for the 4 stars on food. I ended up playing darts most of the evening and had a great time. Justin, the manager, is an awesome guy and made me feel very welcome. The people that were there are friendly and the place is open and clean, also non smoking. I look forward to going back again soon!“
