I get that the pizza can slide when in the car for delivery but this is ridiculous, i’ve ordered from here for over a year and it’s just never been like this, some of the slices are literally folded in half and

Staff was kind during pick up but definitely ready to go home. Food was made promptly but when a customer pays as much as they do for a 32 piece parmesan bite order and receive a 16 piece it diminishes the experience. If a 16 piece would've been enough for the group we would've used the rewards points to get them for free. Instead got the biggest one with 2 amazing cheese dips with excitement. Dips we're perfect by the way and even though the cheesy marinara one is definitely a classic, we can't help but have loved the 5 cheese dip 1000 times more. Just sad about the bites. Had to go pizza hut for bread sticks to make it up.

Came in to pick up a carry out order today around lunch and the service was excellent. I’m sad I missed their names, but the pair working were friendly, polite, and got me my food quickly. Thanks you two!

We ordered a pizza for delivery via app. That wasn’t delivered to us. When the order said complete and we still had not received the order , I called the store. The manger didn’t ask for a name, or order number and proceeded to say that they didn’t receive our order.I have the email as proof. Then he got frustrated with his inability to do his job so he hung up on me. We were charged 40$ for the order we never received and the manger did nothing to resolve the issue .

Order was not delivered. Driver did not follow directions in online dominoes home address profile that provides the building entry code. Driver simply left. I have had pizza delivered to my home before with the exact same profile and instructions and the driver was competent enough to follow the instructions and delivery the pizza but not this time. I called the store to ask and the answering associate was like well we called a number and no one answered so the driver returned to the store. There was not a reason to call if the driver would have simply followed the instructions and entered the code to access the building on the keypad. We live in northshore in nice community and the order was day time , no reason for the driver to not to enter the building and make the delivery besides being simply lazy !!! Been a long time customer but will not use again !

Ordered at 9:16. 9:32 out of the oven. 10:38 still no pizza. Called the store and it was still there. No explanation or even suggestion as to when it might hit the road. I just cancelled it. All I got was “sorry boss”. Awful, just awful.

Used to be good but this specific dominos has new employees or something. Past two times have been bad experiences. Tonight was terrible. The pizza was cold when I picked it up, the bread bites were dry as ****, our two liter of sprite litterly was not sealed. My buddy asked if I drank any on the way home and I was like nah what u mean cause he said it looked low. He opened it and it didn't crack. Disgusting.... These new employees don't care about their job or the food. Do not recommend this specific dominos

I called to see why my pizza had been out of the oven for a long time doing the "quality check" and the manager asked my address. I told him, and asked how long the pizza had really been out of the oven. He said he didn't know, and he didn't really sound like he cared. I said I wasn't really interested in getting a pizza that had been out of the oven getting cold for almost an hour. He said he puts pizza under a heat lamp, but a lot of people complain about them being cold. I said I'd like to speak to a manager about not getting a cold pizza, and he said he was the manager. I get these kids are not being paid enough to really care, but this is ridiculous. There was zero care as to what is going on, and that is not on par with other stores in the area. There is a dominos much closer to my location that I wish would actually deliver to me, but it's "not in their zone." This location definitely needs a revamping. Half the time the claim they are unable to deliver without any explanation. Seems to be pretty common from what I've heard others say. When the pizza arrived finally, it was definitely cold as expected. After checking many of the "Five Star Reviews" I started noticing many of the ones with photos had the same metal countertops and floors of location itself. These people are incompetent, they don't even know how to fluff their own reviews appropriately lol!! That's the most laughable part of this. My guess is this is some terrible franchise owner's terrible attempt to keep corporate off his back by encouraging his employees to boost their reviews. It feels silly to call out a chain like this, but this is absolutely pathetic. Domino's should know the level of this place's service, and there should definitely be some intervention.

My pizza was made wrong and I called and they sent me a free replacement pizza I was only missing the sauce but other than that they are great and always fresh thanks.
