Food is great! Food is cooked fresh to order! Very friendly and fast!Vegetarian options: I noticed 1-2 vegetarian options. Not a lot to choose from.Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals that average about 6-7.00.
Stopped here on a first time visit to the area. I have to say, the FB Bowl was likely one of my favorite meals on the whole trip... loved it! The friendly service on my visit helped solidify the experience. Thank you FBG!

I've been eating here for many years when it was Glen Gene, and I can say the quality has dropped quite a bit when they rebranded to Firebox. Some of their food items are still good, but they are way to hit or miss with quality. The Glen Gene in Hixson seems to be run better, and has more consistent quality. I love patronizing local businesses, but they have to beat out large corporations with their food quality and customer service, otherwise there's no reason to pay higher prices...read full review
