I am a first (and last) time customer. I ordered a pickup online and paid for it, only to drive to the restaurant to find that it’s not open at 5:15 pm on a Monday when they should be open. If you’re not open, make it so your customers can’t order and pay online. Now I’m worried I won’t get my $26 back.

The food is great portion is great price is great. But i HAVE to give all the props to the girl working the counter. She’s 13 & more professional and hospitable than ANY kid I know her age. I eat here more than 2x a week and all I have to do is tell my boyfriends name who picks up the food and she knows my order down to the extra sauces and is so nice and polite. She deserves a raise and she has kept me consistent since I first met her. Def check the place out.

I've only had a chance to eat here once....And LOVED it! It was affordable, and delicious!The last 3 times I have gone they have been closed....witch is completely understandable, and my heart hopes they are doing well....but...update your Google PLEASE!!!!! It says you are open, yet when we get their hand written sign always says we will be back soon.

I was by myself (before covid) and wanted to try this place for lunch. I approached the counter to place an order since it appeared that they do not serve the tables. I stood there like an idiot for a few minutes while my presence was not acknowledged. At the same time, this christian music was playing very loudly on the speakers. I couldn't stand the objectionable music any longer and left. Went to Captain D's instead that day.

The service is unbelievably kind and caring. I was shopping for juices for my father because he has cancer and can't eat. The girl at the desk helped me pick out two different types of juice for him to try and it was wonderful to have someone take the time to help me. The food is pretty great too. I love this place.

I picked up food for a friend and I here a few days ago. I have enjoyed the pad Thai in the past and I have ordered it several times. This time the pad Thai had barely any flavor and as my friend so wittily worded it, it was sad Thai rather than pad Thai. His he ordered medium spicy and it was not spicy at all. In addition to the food being very disappointing, the prices were higher than I remembered them being prior to this year. I am sad that I can no longer count on hibachi express for good pad Thai.

We called in an order for 2 hibachi dinners on a Monday night. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes and that they couldn't give the total price over the phone due to a system issue. When we got there after 30 minutes to pick up our order, I then waited 5 more minutes before anyone offered to help me. They told me it would be atleast another 30 minutes before our food was ready. So we left without any dinner.
