They have great service despite currently being understaffed. They have such kind and funny chefs who go out of their way to accommodate all of their customers. Really enjoy taking family and friends here for a good time and great food.
Food is great, but the location on brainerd rd is terrible at answering the phone to make reservations or place to go orders. Never have any issues getting an answer, when going to the other Ichiban's in town.If they don't answer on the 1st or 2nd try, you are better off checking out Shogun, Hana Steak & Sushi, or Fuji. Their food is just as good, and they always answer the phone.

Enjoyed the food. It was a little busy and we had to wait over an hour for the table. The Chef cooked out food perfectly. The service was good. I was too busy enjoying the experience to take pictures.
