We have stopped getting takeout there for a few reasons, the main one being inconsistent service and changing tastes. But we returned from a trip recently, pretty late and it was convenient so we went for drive thru. The person at the window asked us to pull over and wait after taking our money, and after a few minutes I went in to check. Ordered a family meal and asked to order more chicken. Was charged for a 3rd side that I didn't want and didn't get the extra chicken. Went back to get this corrected and was still charged full price for the extra chicken. The manager would not answer the phone or even look our direction. The assistant manager done good to make it right and was stopped by her. Store was not busy, person taking drive thru order was rude, hopefully not a manager. Young lady who gave me my food equally rude. Glass at drive thru was dirty and smudged. Food was cold. Milk shake was not mixed completely, had three drinks and was not offered a drink carrier?? Jacks can do better than THIS.
