Jimmy sandwich shop

Went thru drive thru at this location today...drove 10 miles as it was....I ordered a roast beef with provolone cheese with just a little mustard on it. After I got home and opened the sandwich, it had lettuce, mayonaise and tomatoes on it....I am allergic to raw tomato and therefor could not eat the sandwich....I was not driving 10 miles back to the restaurant to complain. I will not be going to another Jimmy John's again.

My Gargantuan was about what I always expect of this chain, which is one of my favorite sub shops by the way. That being said, there were some disappointments. The bread on my sandwich was stale and difficult to bite through. The meats were amazing and the veggies fresh and crisp as I always expect from a Jimmy John's experience. I don't really try to leave bad reviews but this one had to happen... The last three time I have been here I've been in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with maybe 2 cars in the line. The speedy service here is a mythical creature... The lady who took my payment also was making the sandwich with no hair net. Typically I don't care, but the fact her hair was long enough to dangle on the counter and bounce around freely kind of creeps me out. I've seen her 2x in the last 3 visits...read full review
