They were very helpful with feeding part of 3 buses on our way home from Disney vacation. We had a roadside emergency early in the evening and threw our schedule way off. They took it all with a smile and laughed with us. GREAT JOB KRYSTAL for hiring helpful and caring people.
I love this restaurant even though the coney dogs go straight through me every time. My complaint isn't because of that though, nope it's the ridiculous prices and the small serving size. I swear I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio and chilli dogs and cheese coneys are kinda our thing so I consider myself an expert at coney dogs. I swear they have gotten smaller there as the years have gone by , but never have I seen a coney as small as the ones at Krystals... EVER!!! IDK who decided on...read full review

Love the staff. Very nice and accommodating However, if they say they are opened at 6:00 then they better be ready to feed their customers! Many many times they are not ready and cars are backed up. So open at 6:30
