I visited during a busy time. They were also changing from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu a bit early - I was told they had run out of breakfast. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go inside as it was less busy and I was on a schedule. There was a lady working up front pulling double and triple duty, trying her best, it seemed - I will give credit where it is due, and she was working hard. App offered "table service". Crew only made 4 errors. (1) Dropped order off on counter. (2) In a to-go bag. (3) Without a drink. (4) Finally gave me a cup and said unsweetened tea is out in the lobby but, of course, it was sweet tea. As I ate, they also screwed up most other orders.

We did a mobile order after leaving Dollywood, food was ready, hot, and good. Only bad thing was for 5 orders of nuggets, said BBQ on each one and wasn't any in any of the bags when we got to the hotel.
