I had higher expectations for this place. I went there for the burnt ends. Sadly, this item was unavailable. So I got a combo with ribs, brisket, beans, fries, cornbread.Both meats had terrific smoke flavor. The ribs were extremely tough. The brisket was good, little dry. Had the pulled pork sandwich, mac and cheese, and the banana pudding. Ordered through the drive through and the young man couldn't have been more helpful. It was our first, but not last, experience at Mike's Smokehouse.The pork was outstanding; the closest we have found in the Chattanooga area as compared to our old favorite place in Charlotte.
