I went and picked my food up and the servers at the front was to worried about a homeless person using the bathroom than anything else panda should be cancelled since they allowed their employees to treat people so. Bad

Order for the first time through the app, set pick up 30 minutes later. Arrived to empty drive thru line, asked to wait at voice box for 5 minutes. Was told they didn't have the ingredients for part of our order- was asked to change order. Changed order, moved forward to window and told was only waiting on 1 thing and asked to move to door after we got our full order. 5 min later told to move to door and wait for entire order. Moved to door and waited 10 more minutes.

Never have food prepared, even at peak hours. Shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes for plain grilled chicken at 4:30pm on a Friday. This has happened multiple times from this location.

I went through the drive thru and ordered one thing. I have a manual care which requires you to rev the engine to 2000 rpms to engage the gears to drive. As I same doing that I hear a very laud he's a dummy come through the ordering speaker. I don't care what you think but keep it to your self. On top of that my order tasted horrible. Don't come here

We used to love going to this panda location but here recently whenever we’ve come for dinner they’ve been out of steamed rice. If you’re 2 or 3 hours out from closing time I don’t understand why you wouldn’t make more. This has happened atleast 4 times on us.

Where's the beef? Brocolli Beef only had 2 small pieces of meat and it was a double order. Updated review today 8/30/23. My last review 4 years ago was better than today's review for sure. Food not good at all and portions have decreased nearly half of what they used to be. So now food is still bad but the good news is I only had to eat half as much as before. Never ever again! Not worth half of what I paid either.

I do not recommend giving these guys service, but if you do, don't do it through door dash. At this point I think they mess up the orders deliberately. Getting your entire order is like striking gold...

Showed up an hour before close only to see what little bit of food was available, looked burnt and old. I understand not wanting to waste food, but fresher food still should've been available. Definitely won't be back!

I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now but kept getting side tacked. Moved to the area a while back and found this location. When I say I eat at Panda regularly, as in 3x a week, I mean it. It is next to work so it’s fast and up until the new manager, it was AWESOME. I get the same thing every single time and portions used to be outstanding. In comes this new manager and all of a sudden you would think the establishment is going to run out of food. I reached out to a friend of mine who manages a Panda in Florida and he confirmed that they receive bonuses based on food control. The portions have gotten RIDICULOUS that it is in no way worth the money. There are plenty of other places close by. A look at all the negative reviews lately shows I am not the only one with this opinion of new management. Only time before voice of the internet reaches the people. Just look at Bud Light. AVOID this location and new manager.
