For the love of God someone fix this changing table already. It tired of hitting the bathroom door in the woman's room on it. How is someone with a wheelchair even supposed to get in the handicapped stall?!

Today I placed a to go order. I specified that I wanted a bowl of soup with a bread bowl. The cashier made the fiscal choice to change my order. When I spoke with a manager after getting back to work he made it clear that I couldn't order a bread bowl with enough soup to fill it. His smug dismissal of my point that I ordered it the way I wanted was insulting. His later rude statement "well she would have had to charge you more" was a blatant assumption that I couldn't afford it. I regret that I won't be comfortable ordering from a restaurant across the street from my workplace.

They used to have the best blueberry muffins and bagels anywhere. The last four times I have been here, the bagels and muffins had been frozen. These items should be baked freshly every day. The quality of their food has severely declined bc of this.

Sophie at Panera is a breath of fresh air. As early as it is in the morning, she is always smiling and seems to genuinely love her job and the people she meets. Give this girl a raise! This is the type of service that makes people want to return. Thank you Sophie, for making everyone’s mornings a little more radiant!

They no longer sell the fruit filled pastries, unless you buy the whole ring for $11. How disappointing is that?

App hurts my feelings but the staff inside is great! I always seem to have a problem with my delivery orders on the app but the staff in the cafe are incredible and always get everything taken care of they are

Wish I read the reviews first. Slow service for no reason and basically bread sandwich.

One of the slowest, poorest experiences I have had using Panera throughout the entire country. I have their 'sip club' and will put in a pick up before arrival and they never have it ready. Their team lead even had the nerve to shrug and say "I don't know what happened to it" - this happened 3 times in 2 weeks. Instead, I have walked in and queued only to have some of the most incompetent service. The worker on Tuesday said we don't open the doors on time because we are still opening our till?! Why are you counting your till 5 minutes before open?! That isn't my issue, your lateness is. Today the worker asked me if i wanted to use my sip club? No, I'd rather pay for something I get for free throughout my membership. Worst experiences on a regular basis.

Do not order from here for catering. You will not get it on time. 30 minutes later…

Overwhelmed and under staffed. Waited over 10 minutes for hot water for tea. Food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend.

Stopped to get bagels before work. Saw several people receive their order of bagels before me even though they ordered after me. I asked about my order and they asked me if I had placed the order there, which I did. This caused them to oversell the items that I had ordered so then I had to change my order. To get 6 bagels took over 20 minutes and they were not helpful or apologetic about the mishap. Definitely need more customer service training.

I’ve been here several times due to working so close, and have become a member. However, today when getting my food, after eating a choc bagel, there seems to be a lot of cross contamination in the front.I’m allergic to tree nuts, and am usually fine if it’s in the area, as long as I’m not physically eating it, but after eating my bagel, I got full on hives on my legs, which itches so bad I bruised myself and now half my right thigh is purple due to the broken blood vessels.Didn’t see them change their gloves once while I was there… didn’t want to press charges or anything, due to me ending up fine, however this could have been a deadly situation if I didn’t have my meds on me.So please Panera workers (specifically the front) change your cloves especially when dealing with allergy really foods.

If you’re pressed for time, do not come here. Service is so slow. I waited almost an hour for a sandwich and a half salad. If you want fast food that isn’t fast, this is the perfect place for you.
